/identifications/, on their way to the MPC

PyRoOrb
Send identifications to https://www.pyroorb.net/identifications/ exactly as
you would to the MPC (format).
Each link is checked for duplicates, extended with any ITF tracklets we can find, and forwarded:
NEO and NEOCP links as soon as they are processed, the rest one every five minutes, topped up
whenever the MPC's own unprocessed backlog falls below its target.
This page shows who sent each link and where it is, never what it contains.
The full rules are on the policies page.
Held: PyRoOrb's identification check said 'no' (or the fit failed), its verdict is one it would not offer for submission (y2, y-systematic, unknown), or it raised two or more warnings, or its send failed three times. Release sends it under the normal pacing; Censor marks it bogus; Drop keeps it from being sent without calling it bogus (it shows as "manually dropped").
Sends that failed before failed sends were retried automatically (they now go back to the queue after a 30-minute pause and are held at the third failure). Re-send puts one back in the queue under the normal pacing. A send marked in doubt may already have reached the MPC.
The last 20 links censored as bogus (a format problem, an unknown designation, a comet, or a reviewer's Censor), newest first, with the reason.
